CHEF NIKIA SPOTTS
Chef Nikia Spotts is a seasoned culinary professional with over a decade of experience in the food and hospitality industry. Her passion for food sparked at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years. She pursued her culinary aspirations by enrolling at Johnson & Wales University, where she attained a BS in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management and an MBA in Hospitality Management.
Nikia's unwavering determination and culinary expertise have propelled her to great heights. Amid the pandemic, she founded Noire Chef Bakery, which boasts an exciting array of over 60 unique donut flavors. Her exceptional skills were recognized when she was featured as a Chef for Black History Month with Ocean Spray! Nikia's culinary prowess is truly unmatched.

Chef Nikia has an impressive professional background, having worked at renowned establishments such as The Catered Affair, Deuxave, Kate's Table, Restaurant Associates, and Lombardo's Wedding & Events Venue. In 2022, she chose to leave her full-time job and establish Noire Chef Boston. Her primary focus is to provide clients with an exceptional and unparalleled culinary experience.
